For those who are looking for a gluten free pizza, try the potato crust!

Directions
Thinly slice the potatoes with a food processor or a mandoline. Oil a baking sheet (or a pizza sheet) or use parchment paper and place the potato slices so they overlap each others. Smear the potatoes with olive oil (without moving them), sprinkle with the herbs, salt and pepper. Roast in the oven at 400°F until golden. Garnish with the ingredients of your choice to make a gluten free pizza or just to try a different version !
