Ingredients
1 bunch of kale
1/3 cup of tahini (or cashew butter, peanut butter, nut butter of your choice)
1 Tbsp of lemon juice
2 Tbsp of nutritional yeast
1 Tbsp of maple syrup
1 minced garlic clove
3 Tbsp of tamari
1/3 cup of water
Directions
Take off the stalks of the kale leave.
In a bowl, mix all the other ingredients and spread over the kale.
Rub the kale with your hand to coat it well.
Place in the dehydrator or in the oven at the lowest heat possible and cook until the kale is crispy.
